Take a short walk to the Lakeside Park beach or to the Slidewaters. Boat rentals are nearby, so is the “Lady of the Lake”. Enjoy diving into the Lake from trampolines anchored at the marina. A little longer walk (about 1 1/4 mi) will take you to downtown Chelan and everything it has to offer. For hiking enthusiasts there is the Chelan Butte Rd. which offers a moderately strenuous hike to the most beautiful views of the area. In the evening treat yourself with a nice dinner in town, or simply enjoy BBQ on the grassy patio watching sunset over the Lake. Come visit in the winter and take advantage of groomed cross-country trails and easy slopes of the Echo Valley Ski Area for both tubing and skiing, or drive 1hr to Mission Ridge Ski Resort. |
